At Kiddokart, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or realize you purchased an item by mistake. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a limited refund policy for our products. Please read the terms and conditions of the refund policy outlined below to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements.

To qualify for a refund, you must return the item(s) within 3 days of the date of purchase.
The item(s) must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.
The original sales receipt or proof of purchase must be provided upon requesting a refund.

  • For eligible returns, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@kiddokart.com with your order details and a brief description of the reason for your return.
  • Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with instructions for returning your item(s). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your payment source.

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if the returned item(s) do not meet the eligibility requirements listed above. In addition, any item(s) returned without prior approval from our Customer Service Team will not qualify for a refund.
